Not day three
Every day we start out the same way...we wake up, get breakfast and head downstairs to clean down here first. Plus it's been warm and it's nice and cool down here and that way we can save on air conditioning fees. Which were huge last year. Then we make our way upstairs. I have one vacuum that works well and one not so well, so I haul the good one downstairs and work my way up my stairs. Sometimes we don't get all the way through the house and my bedroom takes the brunt of things since that is the last room to be cleaned. Sometimes I leave the whole upstairs because it's just to darn warm to clean up there and I don't want to turn on the air only for that lol. I really have to get my dishes done today so I have to at least make it that far. The kitchen is the first to be cleaned when we get upstairs so it look good lol. I have been extremely tired the past two weeks and in fact was about to get a pg test and then two days ago got a visit from TOM. It had been THREE months since I had my last visit and I know that I am going through my change (my sisters all did at this age) but I wasn't expecting to feel so darn tired! I was really beginning to wonder. I'm feeling kind of sad, even though I didn't really want any more children (we didn't think) but just the fact of knowing I WILL NOT be able to really brings me down. I'm sure those of you who went through this know what I'm talking about. I don't look forward to it. OH then we were watching "That 70's Show" and the mom on there was going through her "change" and it was so funny how angry she got and Cory got kind of freaked out! lol He said OH man if your like THAT maybe were in for some trouble. HEHE, I better start stocking up on the Ben and Jerry's "Everything but the" Ice cream now! lol He may need it!
Well, I will be updating in a while
My diet is going well again today, morning is never my problems...it's the darn evening! We like to sit down and watch something on the Sci Fi channel and have snacks. It's been a "tradition" i guess. It's hard to break that habit of that type of snacking and switching to healthy snacking. Popcorn has helped though. I have not given up soda as of yet either.

Day Two/ My day so far
It's day two and I'm having Organic Rice Krispies for breakfast again. Put I'm not having pizza for lunch. Today I feel the urge to do better :) It's early in the morning...Nick slept wonderfully and so did Max. Ok that brings me to the dog:
Here is our story and were sticking to it...we were very confused at what name to pick for him so we started out naming him Bear (to go with Cubby our little dog) then I didn't like the sound of that after using it for two days. Then we picked Moose (fitting since he is going to be one)...well my daughter hated that name and said she would not call him that (So don't I told her, call him dog). After a while he just didn't fit that name either lol SO now his name is Maxamillion...Max for short. We all agree with that name and so I think it's time to send in his papers for real this time before something changes again. Poor dog will not know WHO he is! We have been calling him a different name practically every day to see what we like more. I think were set though. Be back later to update on my day. Heather what time do you want to go to the gym??? It has to be after 6pm so Cory can watch Nick...unless Alex is home then she can watch him.
Question: OK for those of you who have dogs...I am looking for a dog food that has just plain BEEF as a first ingredient (NOT beef by products or beef this or that just plain ol BEEF! This is what they say to look for when it comes to a "good" dog food. I have looked at SO many bags of dog food and the closest I came to finding a plain ol BEEF/LAMB/CHICKEN as a first ingredient was "One" Lamb and rice formula but I guess it's good to stay away from corn products when it comes to boxers so that does have corn products in it...grr can't win! Were actually considering just feeding him a "Natural" diet of human food. NOT greasy fattening but healthy foods. This better diet will help him live 5 years longer is what I have been reading. Right now I am in the process of reading up on that sort of diet to see what it is exactly and how much work it will be. Don't need anymore work then I already have. However if I find a good dog food I will give him that instead along withhis fruit and carrots which boxers are suppose to have weekly since they are so prone to Bloat. They need that roughage to help their stomach work right. SOOO if anyone knows of any dog food that has just plain beef as a FIRST ingredient PLEASE let me know! Thanks so much!~
Lunch was a sandwich
Late night update:
Well I ended up going to Oshkosh with Alex so I did eat at hardees and then we did stop and get a root beer float at A&W. SO as you can see...I did not do well today AT ALL. I did eat carrots though when I got home. I felt guilty and figured I better eat at least one veggie for the day! To be honest, today was better then most of my days HAD been. I just want to do better.

Day ONE
Ok now to the diet: This morning I ate organic Rice Krispies with Low fat milk. Now I'm going to have some sort of fruit. This week my plan is to get 3 days of exercise (30 min each session) And later I will add more to that as the weeks go on. I figure that if I am able to get 3 days of exercise in a week that is really good for me. We will see how that goes. I will be back on to update as the day goes on. I AM going to get a nap at some point today, that I do know!
Snack: Bagel/lite cream cheese (shared with Nick)
Lunch: Pizza (only had a few slices) I also had a soda with this. (Pepsi)
Nick seems a little better now, he is playing with the animals. After lunch he is going down for a nap and we will see if he sleeps his normal 3 hours or not. I sure hope so! I plan on getting a little shut eye myslef. I always say that but then never do lol. Be back on for dinner later.
My night time update: Well, my night went really really well. We had hamb (low fat) and fries (baked) for dinner and we didn't over do the serving size. I think that was the first time in a long time. We had popcorn for a snack and that was it for the night. I'm not hungry at all right now and after I edit this entry I'm off to bed for the night. Nick is sleeping..hopefully he stays that way tonight. I would like to sleep in my own bed tonight! He has a cold and his poor nose is running like crazy. He just came down with it out of the blue. Now I have that to look forward to! Well, I'm off here for now and I will be updating in the morning.

DIET DIET DIET DIET!! WHAT???
THANKS ALL!!
Well I have some more bad news and then I'm going to share some GOOD news for once!
My nephew was in a really bad 4 wheeler accident a few days ago and broke every single rib and his sternum! He is in LOTS of pain and he is very lucky to be alive since he was NOT wearing a helmet! PLEASE people wear helmets when you drive those things! He is now out of the hospital because he could not afford to stay any longer so I will have tyler here on Saturday to give him a little break. He just went through a divorce recently so he has his son every other weekend. We will also have Lia (Stefan's X-girlfriend) staying here that night also...her mom called me and asked me if it was ok. She is driving here because her and Stefan were invited to a going away party for on of their old teachers who now has cancer. She is leaving her job. I'm going to email his current girlfriend and let her know so she doesn't hear it through one of the other girls! We will have Stefan sleep upstairs on the couch and she can have the downstairs bedroom. She's a very nice kid though, we really like her. She is also deaf.
OK now for the good news...we got a new puppy! Stefan was SO upset and crying that I just felt so bad for him and we decided to make a fast move and get another dog for him. He's not Zeus and Stefan really misses the running with Zeus thing but he just has to be patient and wait for "Bear" to grow up. He will be a big dog too (about 80 lbs or maybe more) he's a Boxer and a very cute one at that! I will post some pics of him below:
<---HERE NICK TRIED TO GET HIM TO EAT!
He has been a very good puppy and even thought it's sometimes worse then having a baby, he's a real sweetheart. I have been getting up three times in the night with him to go potty. We are crate training him. I will be posting more pictures as time goes on so you can see how he grows. We are going into town today...yes, I'm going to take him with but I'm pretty sure he WON'T get away!

In memory
These pics are making me cry again :( but I think they are so cute. We miss you Zeus...especially your buddy Stefan. In the picture below Cubby is telling Zeus that he may not like him too close to him. THese were taken the first night we got him.
<---THIS IS MY FAVORITE PICTURE OF THEM...JUST LOOK AT THAT SMILE ON STEFAN'S FACE
Later on that night we took Zeus downtown and he showed Alex how strong he was but taking her for a ride ON her butt. He seen a girl and wanted to say hi.
The next day was a busy day for all of us...we went into town and Zeus of course went with us. We took him to Petco and got a new collar for him and a leash to match...along with a LONG walking leash to go for long walks to the lake with Stefan. He had a blast at Petco but he was a really good dog. didn't scare anyone!
When we got back home Stefan took him for a walk and tried out his new leash. It worked really well and Stefan said he followed Zeus back home and he knew right where to go. What a smart dog.
<---HERE THEY ARE LEAVING
<---COMING HOME.
Later that night we are just watching some tv and the cat dared to wander upstairs...he had been hiding behind the couch since Zeus got here lol But here is what he thinks of Zeus: He was getting used to him obviously or he would not have even been on our couch in the first place.
Thank you Kal and Steph for not being mad at me :) And again, I am SOO sorry this had to happen. We will sure miss him as I know you guys will too.

Tired!
Last night we took Zeus for a drive to the gas station and he loved it...hung his head out the window the entire time...we called him "Bat Dog" it reminded us of Bailey when he was young with his ears flapping in the wind.
Today we took Zeus into town and we went to the vet (He weighed in at 86 pounds) and then we stopped to sign up for classes. AND in July he will start his "hearing dog" training if he passes the tests. His obedience classes are at the same place and the hearing training will take place after that. His apt for shots and neuter are on June 5th. After the vet we went to Petco...got him a cute blue collar and a toy and some other things. Zeus got to meet a lot of other animals which he was ok with. There was a dog there bigger then him surprisingly. Stefan walked down to the lake today with him...well actually they ran. It was so funny because Zeus hardly got any sleep the past two days so when he actually lays down to rest, his head is bobbing like a baby's head would. He's falling asleep while still sitting up! lol It's just so funny. I'm hoping that tonight he will be tired enough to go to sleep instead of pace around the bedroom. I will update tomorrow with the pictures and more info on how he did tonight. Cory went to bed early hoping to get a few hours of sleep before Zeus and I come to bed. I was falling asleep on the couch so I think it's time to head to bed. It's only 10pm and that's strange for me to go to bed this early.

Visitors
It's close to 9 and our kiddies are in bed for the night AND sleeping already. Nick didn't have a nap today so he was pretty tired out. He played hard. He did really well on sharing his toys...little spats here and there but they worked it out. It's SO hard to share YOUR toys lol. I'm glad Nick has friends that he can share with, it will make the transition into Kindergarten much easier. A funny haha...Devlin accidentally spilled a diet coke on our chair and they guys were gone at the time and I forgot to clean the chair off. Well, Devlin's daddy sat down to dinner and he says "Why is this chair wet?" I started laughing because I had just realized that I forgot to clean it lol.

Its time
Well, It's time to put Bailey down. He has not eaten all day yesterday and today so far. And he doesn't want to drink either. I called Alex and she will meet us at the vets office. Stefan is at school so we may wait until 3 to do it so he can be there too...if he wants to be. This will be a very sad day.
It's suppose to be warm today (close to 90) and we have a reservation to our water park here in town. I won it before I quit work. So we will be gone all day and I will be back tomorrow about 11ish. Other then that nothing much going on and I will update tomorrow as to how everything went.
UPDATE: We have an apt at 4pm and we will bring Bailey back here to bury him on our property. It only seems right.
In memory of Bailey: We will miss you

PICTURES OF MY WALK IN THE WOODS
WOW TODAY I WONDERED WHY I DON'T WALK IN THE WOODS MORE OFTEN. I DID TODAY AND WOW IT WAS AMAZING. I KEEP FORGETTING HOW WONDERFUL IT IS AND EVERY TIME I GO AGAIN I REMEMBER. I WALKED FOR ABOUT 30-45 MIN AND IT WAS A WONDERFUL WALK AND OF COURSE ANKLE BITER CUBBY WENT WITH ME. HE LOVED IT TOO.
HERE ARE SOME PICS TO DOCUMENT MY WALK...SHELL I PROMISED THESE LAST WEEK SO HERE YA GO :)
THIS IS OUR HOUSE STARTING OFF ON OUR TRAIL LOOKING BACK U CAN SEE ONE OF OUR APPLE TREES OFF TO THE RIGHT OF THE PICTURE.
AS I TURN BACK AROUND WE HEAD OUT...YOU CAN SEE CUBBY THERE CHECKING OUT THE CHIPPY
I'M ON OUR TRAIL HERE AND I COULDN'T RESIST THIS PICTURE...CUBBY STANDING ON THE LOG WATCHING A SQUIRREL. HE IS JUST SO ADORABLE :)
OFF AGAIN...YOU CAN SEE CUBBY ON THE TRAIL AHEAD OF ME...THE TRAIL HERE IS A LITTLE THIN
GETTING DEEPER INTO THE WOODS NOW, IT'S TO EARLY IN THE DAY TO SEE THE DEER YET BUT LATER ON IN THE WEEK I WILL TRY TO GET A PICTURE OF A DEER.
NOW THE TRAIL IS QUITE LARGE...FIL HAS TAKEN THE TRACTOR OUT A FEW TIMES AS YOU CAN SEE. THAT OK THOUGH MUCH EASIER TO WALK ON.
MADE MY WAY UP TO THE MEADOW BUT THE FLOWERS ARE NOT IN BLOOM YET...JUST TO COLD HERE YET. USUALLY THERE ARE LOTS OF FLOWERS HERE THE APPLE TREES ARE ALL IN BLOOM THOUGH EXCEPT THE ON BY THE HOUSE...THE ONE WITH ALL THE REALLY PINK FLOWERS. I HOPE IT'S NOT AN OFF YEAR FOR IT...IT ONLY HAS A FEW FLOWERS SO FAR. :(
I STARTED FOR HOME AFTER THIS...COULD HAVE WENT A BIT FARTHER BUT WAS AFRAID I WOULD GET LOST LOL
Just talkin
Next on the list...I talked to a friend of mine and she was looking for a home possibly for her chocolate lab and I'm interested in taking him after we put bailey down. For one thing it's mostly potty trained and for another it's already a year through it's puppy stage :) We have lots of acres here for him to run where as now they live in the city and they both have full time jobs so they would like him to have more people time. He's going to get so much people time here he will probably get sick of us lol. Now it's just talking to her daughter (it's her dog) and me getting a definite yes from my hubby. which I think he's for it. I know my son is. He had his heart set on a boxer but after reading about the chocolate labs he is ok with it. And what I want is a gentle companion (I know this takes labs a few years to reach that calm down stage) and a very scary bark to scare away bad people if hubby happens to be gone. We are even considering sending him to school to be a hearing dog for my son :) So if everything works out we will be the owners of a new puppy. Now I have some pictures to share:
<---NICK WITH THE NEW BABY
<---New baby and New mommy :) This is my niece Samantha with her new baby
NEXT WE HAVE MY LITTLE MESS BOY WHO LOVES PLAYING IN SAND. ALL I HEARD WAS O OHH AND SAW HIM TRYING TO SWEEP UP THE MESS.

<---HERE IS THE CURTAIN WE MADE TO MATCH OUR SHOWER CURTAIN. I JUST BOUGHT ANOTHER SHOWER CURTAIN AND CUT IT UP :)
<---OUR GUEST ROOM...WELL ACTUALLY NOW IT'S ALEX'S ROOM AGAIN...AFTER I CLEANED IT!
<---I GOT THIS AT A RUMMAGE SALE AND I PUT IT UP ALL BY MYSELF :)
<---MY LAUNDRY ROOM
FOR ANY OF YOU WHO HAVE LIVED OUT IN THE COUNTRY, YOU KNOW HOW THE WATER CAN TASTE...WELL BELOW IS OUR WATER SYSTEM WE HAVE TO HAVE TO GET OUR WATER TO TASTE LIKE IT DID IN THE CITY. BEFORE IT TASTED BAD AND SMELLED OF ROTTEN EGGS (SULFUR) SO WE HAVE OUT PEROXIDE MACHINE WITH THE LITTLE GADGET THING ON THE WALL TO REGESTER HOW MUCH PEROXIDE WE ARE USING. AND WE HAVE THE LITTLE RED THING WHICH I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT DOES LOL AND THEN WE HAVE THE TWO SOFT WATER MACHINES...YES TWO! ONE WAS NOT DOING THE JOB BY ITSELF.
HERE IS NICK TRYING TO HANG UP HIS BOOTS
HERE IS NICK TELLING ME NO PICTURES!
HERE IS NICK ASKING WHY THE FRIDGE IS OUT INTO THE KITCHEN.
I WAS CLEANING UNDER IT LOL YOU CAN SEE IT'S PRETTY BAD!
LAST ONE: HERE IS MY POOR DOGGY! HE JUST GOT SHAVED FOR SUMMER SO HE'S USUALLY MORE ATTRACTIVE.
WELL THATS ALL THE PICS I HAVE RIGHT NOW BUT WILL DO MORE LATER IN THE WEEK.
